Important Notice: New Policy for Completed Job Pickups

Dear Valued Customers,

We have implemented a new policy regarding the pickup and storage of completed jobs to ensure the quality and condition of your materials.

Job Delivery Deadline:

• Completed jobs must be picked up within 30 days from the completion date.
• After 30 days, we will notify you. If there is no response within 5 days, we are not responsible for any damage due to temperature changes in our warehouse.

Warranty:

• Our warranty is valid only if jobs are picked up within the 30-day period.
• Jobs not collected within this period will not be eligible for warranty.

Order Cancellation:

• Jobs left uncollected after 60 days will result in automatic cancellation with no refund.
• To reorder, you will need to place a new order.
