All quotes provided are estimates based on project specifications and may be subject to change depending on final artwork, material selection, installation conditions, or scope adjustments.
Final pricing will be confirmed upon approval of artwork and materials.
Projects may require a deposit before production begins. Production will not commence until the required deposit has been received. Final payment may be required prior to delivery, installation, or release of materials.
By approving a quote or design proof, the client accepts full responsibility for accuracy in content, spelling, layout, sizing, and final artwork specifications.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
Project turnaround times depend on scope, material availability, and current production schedule.
While we strive to meet agreed deadlines, Creative Graphics Lab is not liable for delays caused by:
Client-provided file errors or delayed approvals
Material shortages or supply chain disruptions
Acts of nature or third-party service failures
Site readiness or installation conditions
Estimated timelines are not guarantees unless expressly stated in writing.
Because most of our work is custom-produced, cancellations after production has started may not be eligible for a full refund.
If a project is canceled before materials are ordered or work has begun, a partial refund may apply, minus design time, administrative fees, and any non-refundable costs incurred.
Deposits are generally non-refundable once production has commenced.
All content, graphics, logos, designs, and materials displayed on this website are the property of Creative Graphics Lab or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any materials without prior written consent.
Custom designs created for clients remain the intellectual property of Creative Graphics Lab until full payment has been received.
Installation services are performed based on the information provided by the client and visible site conditions at the time of installation.
Creative Graphics Lab is not responsible for structural deficiencies, wall integrity, surface preparation issues, paint adhesion problems, moisture conditions, or environmental factors that may affect installation performance or long-term durability.
The client is responsible for ensuring surfaces are structurally sound, properly prepared, and compliant with local regulations prior to installation.
If unforeseen site conditions arise that impact installation scope, additional charges or schedule adjustments may apply.
Creative Graphics Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability for any claim related to services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
