Final approved artwork may be provided in production-ready formats when applicable.
Editable source files, including but not limited to Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, templates, layered files, or production setup files, are not included unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
Creative Graphics Lab reserves the right to display completed projects, designs, photos, and finished work for marketing, portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Creative Graphics Lab makes every effort to produce accurate colors; however, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed due to differences in:
Physical proofs, samples, or specific color matching services must be requested before production when exact color requirements are needed.
Production timelines depend on project complexity, material availability, approvals, and current workload.
Estimated completion dates are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing.

Because most Creative Graphics Lab products and services are custom-made, cancellations after work has started may not qualify for a refund.

Custom promotional products cannot be returned unless there is a verified production defect.
When customers provide their own materials, products, garments, or items for customization, Creative Graphics Lab is not responsible for replacement costs due to production limitations, material compatibility issues, or unexpected results.

Creative Graphics Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of our website, products, or services.
