2. Quotes & Orders
All quotes provided are estimates based on project specifications and may be subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed upon approval of artwork and materials.
By approving a quote or design proof, you accept responsibility for accuracy in content, layout, and spelling.
3. Turnaround Times
Project turnaround depends on scope, material availability, and current production schedule. While we strive to meet your deadlines, we are not liable for delays caused by:
Client-provided file errors
Material shortages
Acts of nature or third-party service failures
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Because most of our work is customized, cancellations after production has started may not be eligible for a full refund. If a project is canceled before materials or work have been initiated, a partial refund may apply, minus design time or admin fees.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, logos, designs, and materials on this site are the property of Creative Graphics Lab or its licensors. You may not use or reproduce any materials without written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the related service.
